1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between klx8 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided through the klx8 website located at https://klx8.io and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces.

klx8 is an internationally operated online betting and casino platform. By completing the registration process and clicking the acceptance checkbox, or by continuing to use the Platform after changes to these Terms have been published, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be legally bound by it.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold a registered account, contact klx8 support to request account closure.

2Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

Access to and use of klx8 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this minimum age requirement. klx8 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all funds will be returned where legally permissible, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

klx8 is intended to serve players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online betting is not explicitly prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using klx8 is lawful in your jurisdiction. klx8 does not make representations as to the legality of its services in any specific country or region. By using the platform, you confirm that your use is lawful under the laws applicable to you.

2.3 Self-Exclusion Status

If you have previously requested a self-exclusion or cooling-off period on klx8 or on any other gambling platform, you must not attempt to re-register or continue to use the Platform during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.

3Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the klx8 platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. klx8 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts pending investigation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. klx8 may reject registration or suspend accounts where false or incomplete information is detected.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. klx8 will never request your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account login — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have reported a compromise to klx8 support in writing prior to the disputed activity.

3.4 KYC Verification

klx8 requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal is processed. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identification document (National ID, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. klx8 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

klx8 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). klx8 does not accept deposits from credit cards, third-party wallets not listed above, or cryptocurrency. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list will always be displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account dashboard.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request and may vary by payment method and account verification tier. klx8 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to affected players.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your klx8 account within seconds of the payment being confirmed by the payment provider. In rare cases of network delays, deposits may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not credited within one hour of payment, you should contact klx8 support with your payment reference number for investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed by klx8 within 1 to 4 hours of the approved request, seven days a week including weekends and public holidays. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. klx8 reserves the right to apply additional checks to withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk or anti-money-laundering procedures. In such cases, processing times may be extended and documentation may be requested.

4.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. If the original payment method is unavailable, klx8 may request alternative withdrawal details subject to satisfactory identity verification. klx8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts held in a name other than the verified account holder.

5Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on klx8 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. klx8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has started (where live betting is not offered), bets placed on clearly erroneous odds, or bets that trigger internal risk management thresholds.

5.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the player's account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; the market is suspended and the bet could not be confirmed; the odds at which the bet was placed were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error. The decision to void a bet rests solely with klx8, and such decisions are final.

5.3 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a technical fault, communication failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a bet or game, klx8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. klx8 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of system outages, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or third-party data feed failures.

5.4 In-Play Betting

Where in-play (live) betting is offered, bets are accepted based on the odds and markets available at the time the bet is submitted. Due to the nature of live events, odds may fluctuate rapidly and acceptance of live bets is not guaranteed. Bets submitted during a brief suspension of live betting will be rejected and the stake returned.

6Casino & Slots Rules

6.1 Game Providers and RNG

All casino games available on klx8 — including live dealer tables, slots, and crash games — are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino, by the physical outcome of a real game conducted in a certified studio. klx8 does not operate its own game software and has no influence over individual game outcomes.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

If a casino or slot game malfunctions during play — including freezing, disconnection, or an incomplete round — the round may be declared void and the bet returned to the player's account. In instances where a game provider's central system records a completed outcome before the player's session was interrupted, the recorded outcome will stand. Decisions made by the game provider's system in such cases are final and binding.

6.3 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the individual game provider and is disclosed within the game's information panel. RTP figures are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome or win rate for any individual player or session.

7Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

klx8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible players. The acceptance of any Bonus is subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside that offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on winnings derived from Bonus funds.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each Bonus is stated clearly in the individual offer terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the combined total of Bonus amount and deposit amount where a deposit match is involved.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

klx8 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonuses — and to void any winnings derived from them — where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in Bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus more than once; placing low-risk combination bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; using arbitrage strategies in conjunction with Bonus funds; or providing false information in connection with a promotional offer.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

klx8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that any Bonus already accepted and in active use will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of acceptance.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the klx8 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent stage.
• Operating, accessing, or attempting to access more than one account.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any system designed to place bets without manual human input.
• Exploiting errors in odds, game logic, or software malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated fraudulent betting activity.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or conduct any activity that violates anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or interfere with the klx8 platform, its software, or its data feeds.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward klx8 staff or other users.
• Charging back a deposit after placing bets using those deposited funds.

9Responsible Gaming

11Intellectual Property

All content on the klx8 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, data feeds, and game interfaces — is the property of klx8 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the klx8 platform without prior written consent from klx8. Unauthorised use of klx8 intellectual property may result in legal action.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, klx8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

klx8's total aggregate liability to any player, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

klx8 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and events beyond our control may affect Platform availability. klx8 will endeavour to notify players of scheduled downtime with reasonable advance notice where possible.

13Termination

13.1 Termination by klx8

klx8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, funds in the account may be frozen pending investigation.

13.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your klx8 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closing your account, any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited. Any verified cash balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14Amendments to These Terms

klx8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, klx8 will provide notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
